Abstract:

Leadership effectiveness is a crucial determinant of organizational success, particularly in the highly dynamic electronic manufacturing sector. This conceptual article explores the role of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, trust, and leadership self-efficacy in shaping leadership effectiveness. By integrating existing literature and empirical pilot test findings, the study establishes a robust theoretical foundation for understanding these relationships. The conceptual framework underscores the mediating role of leadership self-efficacy in the link between these psychological constructs and leadership effectiveness. Additionally, a pilot test was conducted to assess the reliability of key constructs, demonstrating strong internal consistency. This article contributes to the leadership discourse by offering theoretical insights and practical implications for leadership development in electronic manufacturing organizations.
